Q: What are the payment options?
A: We accept Credit and Debit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, Facebook Pay and Google Pay.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Yogadivak ships from a home base office in Georgia, occasionally items will ship from different states by owner. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: Are waistbeads and anklets elastic?
A: No they are not elastic except otherwise indicated.  They are made traditionally (tie on with no clasps). Please indicate in the special notes section if you would rather other wise. 


Q: Are waistbeads one size fits all?
A: Yogadivak Waistbeads are made to fit you specifically so one layer will go around your own waist just once. You measure exactly where you would like your beads to sit on your waist and they are crafted specifically to your body specifications.Common measurements when designing are around 35 inches unless requested longer.

Q: I'm in the process of losing weight. Can I still get my waist beads?
A: Most definitely! Many women get them for this exact reason: to track and manage the progress on their weight loss journey. When you lose enough weight that there is about 5 inches of extra string available for retying (you can reduce your beads.

Q: I'm pregnant, can I wear waistbeads?
A: Yes, waistbeads are safe to wear throughout your pregnancy. You can either wear them high above your belly as your belly grows or move them below. Whichever is most comfortable for you.

Q: Why should I subscribe the emails?
A: With emails, you are able to find out what's new at Ilekedi as well as find out about future sales & promotions before anyone else. Our subscribers get access to new designs before they are announced anywhere else. You get first dibs.

Q: I've just placed my order, can I change it?
A: Send an email with your order number to theyogadivak@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order to see if changes can be accommodated.

Q: Why has my order been canceled?
A: Our beads sell out quickly due to high demand (especially during sales promos) and on occasions, an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of a stock item.

Q: The item I want is no longer available, what do I do?
A:Please be sure to follow all of our social media accounts. I typically don’t restock the same Waistbead sets.
